Examples of EFT Acceptance Statements

The following is a list of examples for Acceptance Statements and Full Acceptance Statements which should give you a clear understanding of how to construct your own acceptance statements. There will be times when you might choose to change the structure of the full acceptance statements to better suit your acceptance statement, especially when it deals with phobias or worries. Here's an example:

The traditional Full Acceptance Statement: Even though (fill in acceptance statement), I love and accept myself completely. Example: Even though I worry about my teenage daughter, I love and accept myself completely.

Modified full Acceptance Statement: Even though (fill in acceptance statement), I am perfectly calm and relaxed. Example: Even though I worry about my teenage daughter, I am perfectly calm and relaxed.

Replacing "I love and accept myself completely" with "I am perfectly calm and relaxed" will work well for certain phobias and anxieties. And don't be afraid to alternate them on the same issue.
