Free Self-Hypnosis Hypnotherapy mp3: End Fingernail Biting
Biting fingernails is an unconscious habit that usually starts at a young age. In order to effectively stop biting your fingernails, you must use your subconscious mind to help you eliminate the fingernail biting habit. The strategy used on the End Fingernail Biting Now mp3 download is simple and effective.
As you move into a hypnotic state, your subconscious mind is given the suggestion that you will become super aware and super sensitive of each movement of your hand to your mouth. And when you are moving your hand to your mouth for the purpose of biting your nails, you will stop the movement and stop it immediately. You will practice this new subconscious habit during the session.
As a side note, my first hypnosis client came to me to help her stop biting her nails. As it turned out, I was even more amazed than she was at how quickly and easily she stopped biting her nails. She quit biting her fingernails after the first session. We did a follow up session to drive home the new habit, and I gave her a tape to continue listening to for another week or so. This mp3 is an updated version of the script I used on the young woman.
The End Fingernail Biting Now mp3 download is just over 10 minutes in length and is a 9.6 Mb size file. The beautiful and soothing background music, Sphere, comes from Mick Cox. Even after you stop biting your nails, make sure to listen to the recording for another week or so to fully entrench the new subconscious habit.
