Self-Hypnosis Techniques - Tongue Relaxation
I found this technique when browsing yoga techniques. Focusing on relaxing the tongue requires a lot of concentration and works quite well at deepening a trance. I sometimes use it myself when practicing self-hypnosis.
Here's an example of how to use this technique. It works the same whether you are practicing self-hypnosis or as a subject of hypnosis. Every time you inhale, focus your attention on your tongue and with each exhale relax your tongue as deeply as you can. Also notice that your whole body relaxes with each exhale. This exercise requires great concentration and focuses the mind on a single task. This is an excellent trance deepener.
